We set up a 24/7 receptionist and follow-up system for roofing and HVAC companies. It answers routine questions, collects job details, and helps ready customers take the next step—even when your crew is busy.
This does not replace your estimator or office manager. It handles the repetitive first conversation so your team can focus on real jobs and qualified customers.
New callers get a consistent response instead of waiting in voicemail.
Service type, location, urgency, and contact information are captured in one place.
Qualified inquiries move into your calendar or pipeline using rules you approve.
Call (631) 658-4907. Ask about a roof leak, heating problem, service area, or scheduling. You are testing the same kind of receptionist we configure for clients.
